We were thrilled to celebrate the winners in the 2022 Online Journalism Awards this September.

Winners were announced throughout the 2022 Online News Association Conference (ONA22), Sept. 21–24 in Los Angeles. Leading up to the conference, ONA also previously announced the 2022 recipients of four awards bestowed by special committees on individuals or small groups. The weeklong celebration culminated in a lively and inspiring evening, Sept. 24, hosted by comedian Dana Goldberg, Co-Host of The Daily Beans Podcast and a regular guest on The Stephanie Miller show on SiriusXM Progressive 127.

Many thanks to the more than 200 screeners, judges, award committee members and other volunteers who make this annual showcase of digital journalism excellence possible.

Watch each award presentation, including the final ceremony event, to hear what the award committee and judges had to say.
