A step-by-step guide to entering the 2021 OJAs

If you’re already familiar with the OJAs, you can read about this year’s updates or you can jump into our application portal and get started.

For those new to the program, get familiar with the quick steps below:

  1. Review the submission categories.

    2. We have 45 possible awards. Find the ones that best fit your organization’s amazing projects.

  2. Check out the rules and eligibility for complete details on submitting for an award. You can also read our frequently asked questions.
  3. Learn about the costs for submitting each entry, and become a member of the Online News Association for discounted entry fees.
  4. Sign in and begin working on your entries – being sure to have them finished by the deadline of Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 11:59 pm EDT (3:59 am UTC).
